We encourage your membership. Members are welcome to come anytime to sight in their guns, shoot their bow, do a little fishing, participate in any of the organized shoots and sporting clays or archery leagues, or just enjoy the scenery. In some cases, your membership will save you money on shooting fees as well. Our membership fee is about as reasonable as it gets, and it helps keep the club up and running for all.
We can process renewals at any point, so stop in or drop a check in the mail. A new membership is $45, and renewals remain at $40. Please note that if you don’t renew before March 31st, 2026, you will need to reinitiate your membership and pay the additional $5 application initiation fee.

Application Process:

Please complete both and return them to PGC (address listed below) along with your membership payment made out to Petersham Gun Club. You can also visit the clubhouse to fill out or drop off the paperwork whenever there’s someone around; Sundays between 10 am and 2 pm are usually a good time.
Please note that all new applications MUST BE SPONSORED BY A CURRENT MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING. All new applicants MUST complete a safety walkthrough with a Director or designee before a membership card is issued.
All new member applications are reviewed at the monthly Board of Directors meetings. Please be patient!
If you have filled out a waiver in the past, you can mail a check to me at the club with your name and email address on a sticky note, or something simple, and the Club will send you out your card. Or you can print an application and a waiver from the website.

RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I hereby assume any and all risks associated with shooting at or near the Petersham Gun Club, Inc.
I know and understand that there will be other persons shooting and carrying firearms on the property of the Petersham Gun Club, inc. and I hereby assume the risk of any and all injuries I may suffer due to the physical condition, equipment failure, acts of God, acts or omissions of other shooters and/or for any other reason on or near the property [with or without permission] of the Petersham Gun Club, inc.
I know shooting can be a dangerous activity and I agree to act prudently and carefully to avoid any injury. I certify that I am familiar with the use and operation of the firearm I will be using while at the Petersham Gun Club, inc. and I am familiar with the rules of shooting and firearms safety.
I release any member or Executive Board Director or Officer of the Petersham Gun Club, inc. together with all of their employees or volunteers, without limitation for any and all claims for personal injury, wrongful death, and/or property damage which may arise or occur during or as a result of my presence on the Petersham Gun Club, inc. regardless of the cause of any such injury, including those which may be caused by negligence.
I give this release and assume all the risks in consideration of being allowed to enter and shoot at the Petersham Gun Club, inc. This release will be binding to my heirs, executors, and assigns.
